Our store has a 7-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent without prior approval.

Damaged or Defective Items
When you receive your item, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage or defects, or if the item is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, you can return it and purchase a new one separately. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
