Physical and mental health are essential in work and daily life, but they also face obstacles such as stress, fatigue and aging. Many people spend a few hours each day trying to keep themselves physically healthy, but training cognitive aspects such as learning, memory and attention has not received much attention. While physical exercise promotes both physical and mental health, recent research shows that mental training further promotes brain cell growth and improves cognitive function. Why use SwitchedOn?

Military and emergency personnel must maintain physical and mental acuity as they are required to perform specialized skills in high physical and mental stress environments. And performing these skills optimally can mean the difference between life and death for themselves and others.
